This summit is not just an event — it is the starting point of an international forestry partner network for Taiwan.

All registrants' data (with consent) will be stored in a structured database for long-term use:

Data Protection Principles

1. Consent-based: Only data from registrants who opt in enters the database

2. Minimal exposure: Queries show only "field + affiliation + country" — no direct Email/phone

3. Intermediated: All introductions handled manually by organizers; no direct PII queries

4. Admin-only: Full data visible only to organizers

5. Right to withdraw: Any partner may request data deletion at any time
