Partner Database & Data Usage Consent

Data collected through this form will be used for:

1. Summit registration and event logistics
2. Building a Taiwan forestry international partner database for academic collaboration, technical matchmaking, international exchange, information sharing, study abroad inquiry, policy recommendation
3. When queried by requesters, only "expertise + organization + country" is shown; email/phone are not directly exposed
