To finalize the logistics and technical arrangements for our upcoming summit, please review the itinerary below and fill out this brief survey.

To ensure a seamless and comfortable experience, all intercity travel will be conducted via High-Speed Rail (HSR). Additionally, we provide a VIP Luggage Delivery Service—a dedicated logistics team will transport your heavy suitcases directly between hotels and your room. You will travel light and comfortably throughout the summit.

Building on the previous day's Zhengchang field visit (reforestation, harvesting, timber utilization, occupational safety), each country's delegates share their domestic forestry bottlenecks and challenges in an in-depth dialogue. 18:30–21:00 Welcome dinner. Poster award selection. 18:30–21:00 Cou (Tsou) Indigenous Cultural Dinner — Cou partners prepare dishes with highland local ingredients and introduce "Taiwan's Satoyama life and wisdom." ※ HSR travel advice: On Dec 6, please arrive at HSR Hsinchu Station by 08:30. From Taipei, the HSR ride takes ~30 min; we recommend boarding a train departing Taipei by 07:30 (e.g. 07:26, 07:36) to allow time for arrival and meeting.
※ Dec 9 return HSR tickets: Reserved-seat tickets for the ~11:30 HSR Chiayi → Taoyuan will be purchased in bulk by the secretariat. If you plan to stay in Chiayi or extend your stay in Taiwan, please let us know in advance.

Note: Uniform pricing for Taiwan and overseas participants. Fees may be adjusted if grant funding is secured.

Plan A — Registration OnlyUSD 300

Basic participation fee. All lodging self-arranged. Includes 4-day transport (HSR + chartered bus), Alishan Forest Railway tickets, Cou culture visit fee, 3 dinner events, poster presentation venue, proceedings, printed materials, and insurance.

Plan B — Student PlanUSD 380

Basic fee + Alishan Youth Activity Center 2 nights (Dec 7-8, shared room, breakfast included). Eligible: students and young researchers.

Plan C — Hotel PlanUSD 800

Basic fee + Alishan Hotel 2 nights (Dec 7-8, Historic/Modern wing, breakfast included). Established 1913, cypress timber historic building. All meals included during Alishan stay. Single room supplement available.

Not included: Airfare, lowland 2 nights (Dec 5 Taipei / Dec 6 Chiayi), personal dinners (Dec 5-6). If you need the secretariat to arrange lowland lodging, please indicate at registration. Billed at cost.
